Hollsdan has a wealth of experience in offering electrical design, project management, consultancy and reactive breakdown support to all types of facets in the offshore industry.

Hollsdan have been heavily involved in delivering electrical power trains up to 15kV level for new DP3 / DP2 vessels, the upgrade of vessels and the integration of various pipe laying and ROV launch systems in major UK offshore construction company vessels.

Project engineering and project management associated with the integration of mobile equipment, fixed pipelay equipment and ROV Systems into vessel hulls has become a speciality of Hollsdan in recent years, working to deliver vessels in countries as far apart as Brazil, France and Norway. Offering marine electrical expertise from concept, specification, installation, commissioning through to marine operations, making use of liquid cooled variable speed multidrive systems, switchboards and motor control centres.
